5 /5 Steven Gaiser: My wife and I visited the, St Lucie Jewelry & Coin, store just to see what jewelry they carried. My wife liked the lab grown diamonds they had in their display case. We were initially greeted by assistant manager, Payten, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding their products. She was soon assisted by Natalie, who was also very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding their jewelry. We left with a great amount of knowledge about the diamonds. I returned without my wife a few days later and again was assisted by Payten and Natalie. They were very helpful and made it easy for me to purchase one of the diamonds that my wife was looking at and very much liked. They also helped me find a setting that complimented the diamond that I selected. They answered every question I had. Both Payton and Natalie were very professional and exhibited excellent customer service skills. And they were just plain pleasant to work with. Everything about this purchase was amazing. Also, Jose set the diamond perfectly. I’m sure I will be back to make more purchases. 5 star experience and awesome jewelry. Thanks Payton and Natalie!

GLITZ GLITTER: Horrible customer service. I walked in looking for a specific ring, and immediately was greeted with an attitude. The lady with the blonde hair and black glasses was so rude. Even my children were in shock. Completely disregarded what I was looking for and just said No we don’t have that before I was even able to explain what I was looking for and walked away to talk to her other coworkers. I do not recommend this place. I walked out speechless.
