1 /5 David Atwell: I was with Allstate and the same agent for 40+ years... Home and Auto. Then one day, outta nowhere, I get a notice that theyre dropping my home owners policy because I live within 5 miles of the coast. I actually live 15+ miles from the coast and have never filed a claim. SO! I found a new company, Sihle, Danny Black. Better Policy, Less Premium. So, I also dumped Allstate Auto (no claims in 45yrs), again, went thru Danny, Better Policy, 1/2 the price. Summary, for my loyalty, Allstate has been bilking $$$ from me for many many years. Here Allstate, Heres the rating you asked for! Adios Allstate!

3 /5 Vicky Primer: We have renters insurance with this agency, so we explored homeowners insurance since we are in the process of closing on a home. Reached out, asked for quotes and were told we would have quotes by the end of business the following day. Nope. Waited til later the next day, called to follow up and were greeted with “ I didn’t know you were in such a hurry”. Took another half a day to get a quote and it was quite generic, as if the property was not even considered. No follow up, no effort to support us. We felt as if our business did not really matter to this agency. We will not being using them.
