Kevin Miller: We had a good insurance agent and we were transferring all of our insurance to them because of how pleased we were. Then they went AWOL and the new people responded to 1/100 emails. Because of them, we missed deadlines, became non compliant with no time to resolve, they never responded to the insurance companies despite our constant nagging. At the end of the day, they double charged us for insurance, and now, 3 months later, have yet to resolve the cancellation. The insurance company now has us in non-renewal status. Our replacement insurance agent called the company, who said Livings insurance were asked multiple times to fill out a simple docusign and never did, causing this issue. Absolute incompetent company. Do business literally anywhere else
