So I’d have to call the branch and raise my limit every time I had large payments. So today same thing as usual but, I was blessed to speak with ZENIA(Labelle Branch). Which simply explained that the daily limit increase was only good for 24hrs and all I have to do was sign a form to permanently increase my limit. Something so simple made my day because she understood my frustration and her patience and professionalism towards problem solving is top tier.
