She hasnt done what Ive asked her to do and I cant find out why. I cant get anyone to pick up at the main number either. The only reason Ive given two stars is that the homeowners insurance theyve written for me seems like good coverage and saves me money.

1 /5 Benjamin Funes: Horrible customer service experience while on the phone with Lori she was extremely short with me and difficult to deal with. She even hung up on me without even the courtesy to say anything while i was looking for paperwork. I would definitely advise that the company should invest in customer service training or hiring more personable representatives.
