Now she has joined the group classes with other kids as well..Chris is great with kids and he definitely knows how to train them. Im very happy I chose to put her in this boxing gym

After scheduling a private session with Chris, I was only there five minutes and I knew I was in the right spot with the right person. Chris is a very knowledgeable and motivating coach. It’s clear that Chris has a passion for boxing, as well as teaching others the sport. After my first session, I felt like I had a fantastic workout and gained knowledge right away and couldn’t wait for my next session. Five stars to Chris and his gym!

5 /5 heidi lemberg: 5 stars for Sweet Science Boxing. It’s boxing, but more. Chris is patient and has a great understanding of individual needs. He motivates, but is never pushy. His ability to teach boxing to this 55 year old is amazing! I walked in lacking fitness and now feel so much stronger. Hip pain and tennis elbow and elbow/bone spur pain GONE. Cant imagine a week without boxing now! I have found my sport and my therapy! I recommend this boxing gym to anyone who wants to box or just increase their overall fitness and health level!

He has a new work out waiting for me each time I come to continue to help advance my boxing skills as well as my conditioning.
