1 /5 Nabil Molai: Rates went up which is fine, I ask for an explanation, instead I get a call with very rude tone, said what she had to say then hung up on me without giving me a chance to speak. All I wanted was explanation in an email, instead she says, "That takes too long to write, and you should look it up and google it" This is the customer service that you will receive. Sad!!!!!
