5 /5 Michael Miller: Everytime I come to do Business with the City of Starke, the customer service is always amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. They run a pretty tight ship. I have not found petty drama, like in other cities. I have dealt with several offices within the city. The result has always been great. I look forward to getting more involved with the city. Thank you Starke for employing the best staff.

1 /5 R U: The system is set up so you cant pay your bill early. But it has no issues generating late fees.

1 /5 Jeremiah & Jamerias World: Be careful they will try to charge twice on your bills so keep all of them and when you get did connected they dont come out right away to turn you back on it dont matter if you have infants they gonna tell you they dont have a specific time

1 /5 walter barnott: I paid my bill in August 2022 with my debit card & stopped Payment on the check I had issued through bill pay when the city of Starke found out I stopped Payment on the check they didnt even consult with their Accounting department they sent somebody out to my residence with a disconnect noticethis is the 2nd time they shut my electric service off on March 02 2023 without calling Me or calling me or giving me any kind of notice

1 /5 Flawless: They really need to let Wendy come back out front to start back assisting the customers in the utility department, shes professional, courteous and respectful ,unlike that nasty, rude, ghetto, unprofessional, hideous looking, strange older black woman thats working out front assisting the customers for utilities bill payment, that woman need to be retrained correctly and promptly when shes out in public assisting the customers, a nasty individual like that shouldnt be allowed to be out in public working around customers period....
