1 /5 Robert Woodard, MBA: I was not pleased with the outcome of my case. I got a ticket going 79 in a 70 on I-10, right outside of Tallahassee, with both of my disabled parents in the car with me. Not only did I pay $135 to be represented, I still have to pay $126 court cost AND take a 4-hour driving course. I am pissed that it will now cost me approximately $350 and 4 hours of my time, just to have no points on my license; I could have done this myself to get the same outcome or the ticket thrown out. What a waste of money!! SMH

2 /5 Daniel Blank: Sure, they got my case dismissed — no points, no conviction, cool. But then they vanished. No real help, no call, just a generic email and a mailed letter with the WRONG payment deadline. They told me I had until August 27th to pay, but the official Polk County site says August 13th. That’s a two-week difference — if I hadn’t double-checked on my own, I could’ve been hit with late fees or worse. For a legal service, that’s unacceptable. If you’re paying for peace of mind, this ain’t it. Do your own research — because they won’t do it for you.
