I’m usually in there 3 - 4 times a week and the staff is always so friendly and they always greet you as soon as you walk in the door! Today Rhonda Hooker Almeda helped with me 7 Amazon returns and she was so nice and attentive! It’s the only place that doesn’t make me feel like I’m a burden with all of my returns. Lol.

Quita: Not necessarily the branch is a problem cause theyre just doing their jobs but this company is trash. So you cant access your card number on your account anywhere. You also cant go to a branch and verify all your information to cancel a card and get a temporary one. You have to call and get it canceled by the company and then you can get a temporary card at the branch. I used to love this bank but after 10 years of banking with them theyre the worst three banks to bank with. If you can go with Navy Federal or a bank that doesnt take all your money and refuse to give you access without jumping through hoops, bank somewhere else. I wouldve gave less stars but I cant blame the tellers for policies they didnt create they just work here.
