5 /5 Michelle Rose: The UPS store in Bartow is awesome! They have always taken care of everything I need. There is a particular employee named Grace that works there. She is very friendly, efficient and professional. She has helped me several times with complicated situations . She made sure that everything I needed to take care of was done correctly. She is definitely an asset to this company. She is an awesome employee!!

5 /5 Taylor Heinz: I work for Sutton Law Firm in Bartow and we like to send out St. Patricks Day boxes to clients, friends, etc. every year. Well, this year we had 73 boxes that needed to be sent out and we couldnt get to the UPS Store until the afternoon. Crystal is such a nice employee and was willing to help us in any way that she could. She even allowed us to go back to the office while they were printing labels, so we didnt have to stay there the entire time. Crystal and Noah helped get all the boxes together and the truck driver actually waited around because they were almost done making labels for them all. They have exceptional customer service and it was so nice to have our boxes arrive before St. Patricks Day! Thank you all!

I was greeted by an incredibly professional and knowledgeable employee by the name of Grace. Not kidding.. I had a list of things that had to get done and she went through each and every thing on my list and made it happen! I don’t live here but I wanted the folks to know… that actually do live here and need professional and efficient service that this is the place to go.. Ms. Grace made me feel like I had an executive secretary handling my laundry list of items. Thank you so very much Grace!!
