1 /5 prettygirl baldwin: I am currently being represented by the firm, although I have a great respect for Mr Watson I am displeased with the service I have received thus far from the case management in charge of my case it has been five months that the firm has had my case and I submitted supporting documentation to have no resolve ,no communication other than myself reaching out to check for case updates and only to be told it’s still within review.My case is small case and I am in need of resolution due to incoming medical bills and need for treatment… I am feeling like just a number and unimportant…I was recommended by a dear friend and was assured the firm is one of the best…so far this is a No and Not ….I entrusted the firm as this pertains to my livelihood ,My expectation would be for a firm to work each and every case with due diligence, I understand that there are many cases that are filed and in need of attention and I have been patient ,this is going into 6 months almost and no follow up .other than basically been blown smoke to be transparent . I have been the one reaching out ,called to speak with Leadership and left a message to call me back and have yet to hear from anyone.
