No one greeted me or made any effort to assist me. possibly because the staff assumed I was too young to be a serious customer. A woman who arrived after me insisted she was first, and instead of addressing the situation fairly, the staff ignored me entirely. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

Mary: Thomas the manager here was extremely condescending when I called to advise I had made the partial payment I had discussed with two people prior. He accused me of lying about what I had been advised. He became harsh when I was reasonably upset and escalated the situation unnecessarily with his need to put me in my place. He told me he would send the request for a deferred payment in and contact me back in a couple of days. That never happened proving he was the liar in our situation.
