I was able to get a car loan with having no credit history and I got an AMAZING rate, thank you so much to Cayla for helping me out with everything, she is super nice and helpful and even helped me out when the dealership I got the car from added a $7000 warranty without my knowledge and refused to refund, but thank you to Cayla and the auto adviser she set me up with Jonathan I was able to get my $7000 back. Jonathan and Cayla are both the best people!!! Thank you!

The Team members there service you with a spirit of excellent and they demonstrate that through excellent in action. The team members -Carisa, Robin, Hurthessia, Kristina, and Makayla are always willing to help, very kind, pleasant to work with and give the greatest quality service to the fact it adds value to be a member at Tropical credit union.

5 /5 Neil Weintzweig: As a member of tropical financial credit union for over 10 years, I expected much better service. I was doing an automobile refinance loan, I have 800 credit score put half down on my car, Considered by some to be a prime credit individual. After visiting the branch two times with a combination of about four hours, I finally get paperwork to sign and noticed the finance percentage was higher than First quoted. The sad thing was it was only .3% higher but out of principle, I will not be taken advantage of and lied to so I closed all my accounts and will not do business with this company again. Also, would like to add any time you call for any customer service nobody is available. Youre either put on hold forever or theyll call you back but nobody ever just picks up the phone. Update the branch manager reached out to me and took care of the situation. Everything is OK now.
