1 /5 Stephanie McMillin: Bad attitudes.. never helpful.. rarely have customers when I am here, however it still takes forever to get service! My business uses this banking institution, If I it were up to me we would switch to a financial institution with better customer service standards. The teller actually rolled her eyes at me when I pushed the call button in drive thru. Find another bank is my suggestion to anyone looking to use SunTrust !

1 /5 Steven Monson: Ive experienced continous problems while banking at Truist in Milton, Fl. Last month, I deposited a check and learned truist inexplicably placed two simultaneous holds on the same check, temporarily costing my account a substantial amount. Staff was unable to explain why this occurred. This month, I deposited a check, it cleared, and the bank returned it, two days after it cleared, removing thousands of dollars with no warning. Again, causing substantial issues, with no explanation nor apology. Would recommend reading the available reviews first and AVOIDING this establishment.

1 /5 X Lee: The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to dispute a charge. The automated service hung up without me ever talking to anyone. Waited another 35 minutes on hold for the second call. Spoke to a woman. I told her this service hasnt been very good so far and she hung up. Calling a third time. 11 minutes on hold so far. Try a different bank.

1 /5 Ashleigh Winchester: Absolutely the worst bank you could ever encounter especially for a business..DO NOT put your money in this bank..I would give them another year before they close and rebrand..worst policies, 0 care for the client, crazy fees, everything is decided by AI with no customer relations. My business LOST money banking here.
