3 /5 stacey murphy: Upon entering the bank, 3 tellers available, I went to Amy, I explained I wanted to pay off my car loan, some confusion, as I wanted to use my debit card, from another bank, she seemed aggravated, so Brandy stepped in, SO HELPFUL. Amy must of just been having a BAD DAY!

5 /5 D Shea: Always extremely helpful, the staff goes above and beyond to answer questions or give me honest advice even when it does not benefit them in any way. I recently left Wells Fargo as they wouldnt open an account for me with out an appointment. I went to Truist instead and they had multiple employees wanting to help me even though they were very busy. It seemed as if everyone was qualified vs other banks where employees never deviate from their assigned role.

1 /5 matt shake: What a joke of a financial institution. 48 hours to send a fax for the pay off of my auto loan that they acquired without notifying me of the loan transfer. Email wasn’t an option. It’s 2025 not 1993 nobody uses fax anymore. I will never do business with Truist. Literally called the other bank my auto loan was through and the emailed me the payment letter immediately. Truist has terrible customer service and is a joke. I will be blasting one star reviews over all possible outlets. Zero stars.

4 /5 partychika15: Andrew is my banker, always polite and knowledgeable. I don’t go to the bank much cause I use mobile banking to make my check deposits and online banking allows me to transfer money from one account to the other. Honestly I rather use my free time to enjoy life rather than go to the bank but if I need help Andrew is my go to person. Teller line could improve.
