Everyone at this branch is great and knowledgeable. From the time I began this to the closing it was done very quickly. i would highly recommend this bank and there team on how they handled my re-finance, as well as all my other banking needs.

4 /5 Michael Ringold: The manager here is friendly, very enthusiastic, helpful and will remember your name six months or a year later. They also offer competitive mortgage products. Unfortunately their smartphone app lacked remote check deposit and the website couldve been more intuitive, so I passed on remaining a member. If thats not critical, though, the staff here is great.

5 /5 Marc McKeon: I have been banking with Trustco Bank for about 30 years, in NY and for the last 5+ years in FL. They live up to their slogan as a "home town bank" because of the way that they treat the customers, just like friends and family. The mortgage loan process and rates are way better than most, and you dont have to worry about your loan being sold multiple times. (I just completed my 5th home mortgage loan with them). If you ever have a question, they are quick to find the answer. Keep up the good work team!
