VyStar Credit Union - Fernandina Beach Kimberly Moore: I have a hard time believing this place has this many good reviews because literally everyone I talk to (people randomly using cards where I work, people Im close to, and acquaintances-a wide variety of people) absolutely hate it. Its the worst bank Ive ever had, from their policies to online banking. The customer service is terrible and my inability to get on the online banking that I thought was me, was something the people at the branch on the vystar software also couldnt do. Call customer service? Hello, you are on the Vystar computer and YOU cant do it? Couldnt give me a reason why. Everything about this bank sucks. Everything. If you open an account here, dont say you werent warned.
