5 /5 Kimberly Sowell: I had and accident on May 1. First time filing a claim with this company and it was hell to say the least. After 2 months of a headache I get my car back. Now I found out yesterday, 3 weeks after paying my deductible there was another remaining balance with the collision shop. I’ve never heard of a “betterment”.
Kesha Percy, this morning was informational and concerned about this blindside. She did more research and explaining than I’ve gotten from others with this company.
I appreciate her due-diligence with helping me. She gets a 5 star from me but company in general doesn’t not. So please don’t be fooled. These stars are just for her. They need to hire more people like her with compassion and respect.
