1 /5 Kasmere Paytee: Now today I wish I could give zero stars to the employee with dark black hair with gray through it and wears glasses. I really thought you were different but youre not. I would have understood if there wasnt a line. You were very inconsiderate Im waiting in line you and some lady were talking about a bag from Disney world I understood while you were ringing her stuff up. But you still continued to talk about yal bags well after you rung her up that was very inconsiderate and poor customer service up you could have at least moved her to the side and asked me what I needed but no you and her continued to talk about a bag yal got from Disney world very poor customer service

1 /5 Tapout: Every since Mike retired this post office has really went downhill the stocky build biracial woman with long black hair and glasse and the mexican woman with medium length black hair they both are extremely rude and unprofessional nastiest attitude that Ive ever came across their lazy and doesnt seem to want to do their job title please keep those individuals out of the public eye and far away from the customers

1 /5 Lily Darley: Thank you to my USPS mail carrier for DESTROYING a Christmas gift book. I have you on video SHOVING my package in half hard into my mail box instead of getting off your ass and putting it on my porch. Im over this behavior. Not the first time. The ignorance especially to packages during the holidays is disrespectful. I prefer the guy who delivers my mail the lady is AWFUL.

1 /5 Joshua Chase: This location has the most unprofessional and unkind people I have ever encountered. Not only are you met with extremely nasty attitudes upon entering, you are also told you are not allowed to pick up a package that is being housed in the building. No valid or legitimate reason given for this. I was just told this was not allowed even though I was able to show proof of residence with valid ID and an email verifying the tracking number for the package. Ultimately, it was obvious to see the individuals just didnt want to make an effort to search for the package out of pure laziness. So now my package will be sitting in the high heats outside because I will be out of town, and the staff there couldnt care less about that concern. I dont understand how with the negative reviews already posted about this location it hasnt been addressed. Disgruntled staff who clearly cannot hide their disdain for customers need to reap repercussions for those actions.

1 /5 King Koopa: Never attempts to deliver or get signature for my life saving medication. Have to wait at the mailbox in a car for god knows how long until they show up where SHE pretends not to have it until I insist she does, she pretends to look for it for a few seconds and big shock, she finds it EVERY MONTH even though EVERY month she pretends it’s not even on the truck. She does this all because she refuses to pull into peoples driveways and just do her damn job. I get running on a schedule but it literally would take her 2 minutes to pull in & get a signature from me but she’d rather lie to my face EACH month, pretend she doesn’t have it making me INSIST it’s on the truck, and playing this stupid game of cat & mouse with her once a month just for my life saving medications This most recent time I couldn’t catch them so I scheduled for me to pick it up the next day and instead they decided to keep it on the truck and try to deliver again so while I’m at post office trying to pick it up using the slip and my rescheduled confirmation pickup number they’re passing by my mailbox exactly when I’m trying to pick it up EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED TO PICK IT UP (worst part is she didn’t even leave a note saying she tried to deliver, just kept in on the truck in spite that time because I asked for it to remain at post) finally called headquarters and have had to open two separate cases because the manager was no help at all, told me they can’t backup in driveways or pull into driveways which is a complete lie because I’ve seen them do so, so I have to just dedicate an hour to three hours once a month to catch the carrier while I have the opportunity just to get my meds. it’s so infuriating. I’ve gone three days without my life saving medication and now I’ve missed it because they can’t follow ONLINE REQUESTS or their OWN procedure let alone TRY to attempt delivery. They refuse to do their own job. And I really hope they replace the delivery carrier women as I’m tired of being lied to each and every single month to my face, like I’m a moron and don’t know any better. This is why people hate usps.
