John Clark: Moved on to different agents. I was 200 miles from home buying a new car. I called this agent to get proof of insurance at the tag agency and had to leave a message. I called another agent and they insured me on the spot. This agent called me back 3 days later. My home owners insurance came up for renewal at $1,000 more than the previous year. Went to another agent that found me a policy for $200 less than last year after recommending a wind mitigation inspection. I dont think this agent has the competency to serve my needs. Oh I see I have to select one star in order to post this.
