Trying to get a hold of these people is a pain, the phone # in N.Y does not work. Their email are automated, no human. Their chat is a joke, spoke to Idis and she basically ignored me, gave up after trying to connect with her. Trying to send it back for replacement is also a joke as they want you to pay shipping even tho I sent them a photo showing the damage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I bought some uno when I was in Spain no issues. I think these people send you returned item, or these are not real Uno but fakes. You will have better luck buying from Dillards.
