    Angelo Santa Cruz: If I could leave no stars i would. They promote all their gold at low cost but it’s all bs hollow Chains. The solid chains are SOOOOO over priced!! They apparently don’t sell gold by weight but by piece! When I went to exchange a gift my wife purchased me they said I couldn’t and it was only 2 days!!! The old lady was unprofessional!! I called twice and the employees said I could get a refund. She claimed that I could exchange for some equal to the value of what was purchased!! Not to mention since I was a return she prioritized the people who were potential buyers who came in after me! No employee speak English.

I should’ve called that being said their webpage says they’re open on Tuesdays till 7 pm I paid for an Uber there had to wait for an Uber to come back never go there if that’s how they run their business. Don’t use them. I even called them. No answer. Don’t use them. Find another jeweler.

    Rhene Chance: This is a joke especially if you do their so called rental plan they charge you double they charge the original price plus the rental price so say if something was 500.00 you wind up paying almost 1200.00 or more you do the math. This is stealing straight up

    Mostjam0407: Giving my experience so I can save someone money by not paying double the price. Came to buy a piece paid almost $4000 for it. Come to find out a few days later it’s actually supposed to be $2000 before taxes due to the weight and quality. I bought the piece trusting the team there since I always do business and my family also go there to do business and get pieces fixed. Sadly it hurts to find out I’ve been robbed 2 grand but thank the lords I found a new jewelry business I can trust that’ll sell me the right price and doesn’t do shady business. Hope this helps someone. I spoke with my jeweler also and I was informed that yes what Google is correct in pricing not perfect but around 2200-2400$ is the price It should’ve been sold after taxes being included.
