5 /5 Brie Gwaltney: I visited Vincent today and he is absolutely wonderful. I had a locket that holds my dads ashes and the locket wont stay closed. He fixed it right there while I waited. And made sure it would stay closed for me stating he wouldnt want me to lose the ashes and the sentimental things mean alot to him. I was having a difficult day and visiting him today and how very nice he was really reminded me that there are truly nice and caring people out there still. I am so very grateful that I met Vincent and he did this repair for me. His shop is cozy and he makes you feel right at home. I will be back very soon as I have a few more things to fix. Thank you so much Vincent!!

Mark was so nice and thoughtful and was able to fix my watch right away. He is such a genuinely nice guy and I am all about supporting local businesses like his. They are super helpful and even though it is a small store they have so many rings and watches to choose from! Today I bought a watch for myself and Andy took out a few extra links so that I could wear it immediately. We also bought a ring that he is customizing for my daughter. Last year he did an appraisal for a family heirloom (a ring). We will definitely be using them again!
