    Kelsey Reeves: If you’re not exactly sure of what you’re doing, one individual will make you feel about 2 feet tall. I went through the drive through to cash my check, I took the clipboard to fill out the ticket. I had no clue that all I had to do was sign my name on the back of the check and put my account number. When one of your tellers says rudely and annoyed, “ma’am, what are you doing?” Just being plum rude in her voice. If you expect to be respected, I expect respect in return. Just because I’m younger than you doesn’t make me dumber. Please educate some of your employees on common courtesy and kindness. Thank you.

I didn’t feel like I was dealing with the normal kind of back-and-forth I’ve had to deal with when buying all of my other vehicles in the past that was always so stressful. David definitely goes the extra mile (or 200 miles) to deliver what you want. He walked me through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle (and there are many) and made sure I knew how to work everything.
