Professor Tommy runs a tight ship, and what stands out even more is the terrific team around him. Coaches Chris, Ron, Allen, plus Ezra’s dad and Jameson’s dad, all of them bring a fantastic balance of discipline and genuine care for the kids. After almost a year, I’m genuinely grateful to be part of this community. I highly recommend that any parent considering enrollment swing by to see for themselves. They even offer a complimentary class to help you decide if it’s a good fit for both you and your child.

The environment is extremely friendly, family oriented and caters to all skill levels from beginner to advanced. The gym is clean and the instructors are great with the children which was my main focus. I’ve watched my two boys grow so much already from their confidence levels to their abilities to defend themselves. They have made great friends and family level connections here. Vortex is a one of a kind Jiu Jitsu academy and I highly recommend it!

5 /5 Divier Lugo: I started attending Vortex in 2019 and it really turned my life around and became a second home where I made close friends and was part of a positive enviornment that helped me grow and develop as a young man. This was the first Academy I visited and still attend and love every class. I started with muay thai and jiu jitsu with no experience and now have competed in dozens of tournaments and fights. I would recommend this to any of my friends or family as this has truly changed my life for the better.

I started training here back in 2017 and can say all the instructors are knowledgeable, training partners are friendly and we all strive to push each other to get better and reach new levels outside of training as well. Would recommend for anyone looking to learn a martial art and join a positive community.
