Cauthen, Oldham & Associates, P.A. - Tavares kathie s: The attorney David Cauthen is a good attorney but his assistant, CJ is an issue. She is incompetent, never returns phone calls, never followed through on my case, never have sent me any paperwork on the Judges ruling and this is a problem. I will have to seek the monies the Judge awarded me. Most attorneys follow the case until it is completed, I truly dont think that will be the case.
