Communication was very simple and responsive. The claim was processed fast, and the value return was used to get a new vehicle and back on the road very quickly. From the Claims agent, down to the local office agent, everything was as smooth and efficient as I could have ever hoped for. Thank you for all that you do.

5 /5 Suzie Lind: Its a five stars for your office and State Farm claims. I had some vandalism (keyed) done to my 2018 Terrain. In less than a week from reporting, my car was repaired by GT Graphics Master Collision (excellent service), and the claim was paid. (BTW - This was done between two hurricanes.)

5 /5 Shirley Maynard: I got hit on the way to work one day. Im so glad I have State Farm. Got the car in the shop & a nice rental right away. The shop & rental both worked with State Farm so I didnt need any money. I did need a $50 deposit for the rental. It amazes me how when you say you have State Farm you get immediate service. State Farms claims dept. was courteous, professional, & helpful. I ask a lot of questions & had to call them a couple of times. They were very nice. Highly recommend them if youre looking for better insurance.
