Alex Lowenthal: If Bernie Madoff had an insurance company this would be it. Criminally run operation. They send no warnings of expiring insurance and once your insurance expires they call to let you know it expired and because you are no longer currently enrolled it will now cost double to get you reenrolled. This has happened to multiple people I know who have used them. No mail, emails, or phone calls. They did this on both our renters insurance and auto insurance. Customer service was horrific from the start of us working together. Stay away.
