1 /5 Cathy Flear: Wes has never returned one of my numerous calls to him. The call center said I could change my payment plan (which I had requested 5 days before payment was due). Only to find out on last insured day, with hurricane Helene on its way, that this was not true. They made a stressful situation so much worse. And even after being depopulated and reaching out he will not return calls. They are completely worthless.

5 /5 Paul Carp: So happy to have these ladies on my side. Always have an answer for me. Dealing with insurance issues is always a nightmare. Theyve patiently taught me how to stay out of it and let them do their job. Ive been known to add to much pepper in the Gumbo. Now I worry about nothing and it doesnt hurt that they found me virtually same coverage for both home and auto with a huge savings. No rice and beans here.
