We had to go through the policy several times and she was available to answer questions and concerns I had, and even then was patient right through to the final copy when I made yet another request for policy change. I was not available for the virtual inspection the insurer request, but Sarah picked up the ball and suggested she could go to the property and do it herself. A very accommodating and flexible brokerage, and they also cam in at that lowest price. I was quite satisfied with the service and end product. Lets see how they do next year!
