All i had been doing was walking since his passing.John is very good at instruction and Meagan is too.Hope this class will continue as a Silver Sneakers class. 2022 still doing classes on Thr. but have added a Monday class it is a strength training one.Great class.True some say place is old but everything works , great instructors,not expensive and they have a pool too. Still attending Silver Sneakers and strength training classes.

    Paul Muller: I am a huge fan and cannot promote Lori’s ability to apply a variety of life style choices. I am so happy with results that “reshaped” my entire body with dramatic results. My strength and energy has been exponentially enhanced. No more peaks and valleys Improvement mentally and physically is possible with her approach. She stays current on certifications I have recommend her to ALL. Independent of age and fitness levels I have gotten so many thanks from 12 years olds…college or working behind a desk… or recently turned a “hallmark age”…runner, pickle ball, golfer, nurse looking to reduce fat and eat better with results Lori is the “spin grey haired lady” everyone knows from Christie’s or Quail Valley…or you can catch her weekly at Harmony Club’s pool fitness.

    Sher: Catherine working the front desk is very unprofessional. On multiple visits, my visits to this studio have felt tense and uncomfortable because of the front desk staff member, Catherine. When no one else is around, she has a habit of speaking to me in a dismissive and disrespectful way, and she has treated my wife the same way on several occasions. It makes walking through the door feel stressful instead of welcoming. The situation really crossed a line when I politely asked for her name and the manager’s contact information. She provided a fake number and then escalated the interaction by saying she would call the Sheriff, even though I stayed calm and was only asking for basic details any customer should be able to receive. The instructors themselves are excellent, and the classes are solid, but the front desk experience has been completely unprofessional. I strongly urge management to address this, because no member paying for a membership should be spoken to or treated like this.

    Dawn Chambers: I can’t say enough good things about Restorative Wellness in Vero Beach. I‘ve been taking yoga classes with them for almost a year and I can say all their yoga teachers are exceptional. Each one brings a unique perspective to yoga and is eager to share that with the class. I have yet to be disappointed. Very recently, I had a personal lesson with Tilly. She incorporated weights and resistance bands to add a new element to the training. It really helped me focus on what my body was doing with each pose (plus adding strength). Tilly is very thoughtful in her explanation of poses when using the weights - it was an amazing session PLUS Tilly’s knowledge and enthusiasm for her craft made it even more fun for me. I can’t wait to do it again!

    Karli King: I took a class with Katheryn Nix (yin yoga-deep stretch) and absolutely loved the class. Her calm and genuine energy truly shows through her yoga class leaving me feeling grounded and having clarity after. I wish she taught more than 1 class a week because of how much I loved it. I enjoy the creativity and thought of mindfulness poems throughout the yin yoga session. The studio is super cute and I had yet to find a yoga studio since moving back from Orlando. Im glad I found this one!
