Adrian Tran: If I could do negative stars, I would. First off, there are never more than 2 tellers working on rush hours times/days. The Financial Manager Eliana Zambrano has zero(0) customer service experience! While she does nothing to help the tellers get people situated, she walks around or stands around, telling people to go to other locations out of the way.. While there were other employees standing behind the counter just staring into space. Only 1 of the tellers is professional and apologized to everyone for the hold-up. While the poor other teller is brand new, still in training with no supervision, and was struggling to get everything done.. Eliana needs to be held responsible for her actions and not helping the customers! Today was absolutely unacceptable.
