    Carlos Cantarey: Buying a piece of jewelry here is synonymous with prestige and quality. Its probably because my wife and I are relatively young, and because my wife already knew the pendant I wanted, we walked in asking for it. But if the saleswoman had been friendlier, Im sure she would have gotten us a cross-sale. If we were in the store for 10 minutes, thats a long time. But Im glad she understood my Spanish when I told my wife the chain was short, because (in English) she said she would sell us a longer one, and we gladly bought it.

This was my second time visiting, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, which is incredibly special to me as it belonged to my late mother who passed away when I was 10. I’m very sentimental about it, and they treated it with such care and respect. In just two hours, they resized it, polished it, and returned it looking brand new. Then meeting her when I came in to get some rings cleaned and polished up and a repair on a necklace. Window shopped while there, left my sparklies and went home.
