The dealership had us at $8000.00 in repairs that did not address the issue that I suspected and Brian knew exactly what the issue was when I explained the problem on the phone, (which was an easy fix) and was straight up! very honest, and to the point! Claudia at the front desk was so kind and accommodating and even though they usually require an appointment for drop-offs, they made an exception for me since I had an emergency with my tire and rim. I originally came in just to swap out a cracked rim, but Jose, my mechanic, went above and beyond. He noticed that my tire also needed to be replaced which is something I hadn’t realized. He did me a huge favor by finding an affordable replacement and even had it delivered within the hour. Thanks to their efficiency, I was back on the road in less than two hours! They first filled it with dye for reasonable fee and after several months diagnosed the leak and repaired at low cost with complimentary coolant! The turnaround time was super fast (2 days) and they documented the problem leak with a clear photo.

Olivier Welscher I have been taking my vehicles there for years. Sheldon is great to deal with. They give you the best options & are beyond flexible. Pricing is fair, quality of work is excellent & it comes with a warranty. For example, I have a 2006 foreign Canadian model of a Nissan & my radiator blew up. Ordered a replacement online that was guaranteed to for as Nissan USA didn’t carry that part. It didn’t…they called a contact in Toronto who shipped a fitting new radiator & when installed, pressure tested failed & it had a leak. Arranged to get the Canadian distributor to pressure test the (3rd) replacement radiator before they shipped it to Florida. Vehicle is fixed & still running strong & soon to be 20’years old!

Blane Evans Took my car to the Chevy dealer because of a fluid leak (I moved and the dealer was much closer than Chang’s who I had used regularly in the past). The dealer diagnosed the problem and told me that 2 hoses/lines were leaking and quoted me $1200 to fix. They had my car for 9 days and because of an “part ordering mistake” it was never repaired. Told them I needed it for work and made them put it back together. Later I took it to Chang’s for diagnosis and told them what the dealer diagnosed. Turns out the problem was not 2 leaky hoses/lines but a leaking booster. Approved the repair by Chang’s and had my repaired vehicle back within 4 hours of dropping it off. The final price Sheldon quoted me was over a $100 less than his initial quote because of a labor calculation error. He could have just charged me the initial quoted amount and I would have never known but that’s not what he did. Moral of the story is save yourself a headache and go to Chang’s. Good & honest mechanics found there.

Karen Rochelle Update: I found my vehicle with no help from the owner. It is locked in a tow yard with the side doors off open to the rain. It is now ruined. The owner of the lot wont let me tow the vehicle as hes holding all the vehicles as collateral because Latch has not paid rent. Latch ruined a $14,000 RAV4 and took the insurance money. Previous: My vehicle has been at this shop since March 21, 2023. I am getting no response from Latchman Singh as to when my vehicle will be ready. Latch has promised over and over that it will be ready "next week". This has gone on for months. Progressive insurance has paid $7851.25 to this shop for repairs that have not been completed. There is now a sign on the door of 6562 University Blvd that indicates Executive Auto has moved and the new owner has no forwarding address. I have no idea where my vehicle is or Id pick it up and tow to a facility who will actually repair the vehicle.

Sasha Brown Want my honest opinion? This experience has been great! Latch has been nothing but honest with me each time I have brought my vehicle to him. Most mechanics like to freak people out or rip them off, but this man tells it like it is. Not only that, but he has tried to teach me/help me understand the mechanics of the vehicle, something not a lot of people do, and something I really do appreciate. If I have a concern, he has helped me understand why it is/is not doing what I am concerned about. All this on top of a great personality…I will definitely continue coming back. Definitely recommend!

Alexandra Ramos 15 out of 10 review for latch and his team , truly amazing people I was involved in a accident and my insurance wanted to total loss my vehicle upon taking it to their collision center witch would have put me in a horrible position financially , I was looking at shops on google and found his in my area , latch took another look at the vehicle and showed me places where I could cheaper parts at the same quality , he worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure the vehicle was repaired correctly and it came out amazing , the repair process took slightly longer than the insurance quoted but he covered my rental for a additional 4 days witch im grateful for and got me back in my car , definatly will keep coming to him in the future
