L P My husband and I visited this store today (Thursday afternoon) for the first time in the nearly 2 years that weve been in Florida and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of items under one roof. There is plenty to look at from umbrellas in wine bottle-shaped cases to hand-crafted jewelry to useful (and ornamental) home goods. There is a large price range. The bigger artisan glass centerpieces are obviously not for anyone with a modest budget, but if you know the work that goes into that art, I can understand the price tag... We were only supposed to be browsing while waiting for our order from Cheesecake Factory, but a pair of custom socks at the stand next to the counter caught my eye. The gray socks had "Worst Gift Ever" embroidered onto them next to a sad-looking sock sitting on steps. I decided that those would be PERFECT for a Dirty Santa gift exchange at work. (I was right - the gift recipient LOVED them!). I also bought motivational stickers to add to my holiday cards for decoration and a kitschy alligator pin for the lapel of my jacket. At the checkout counter, I met the owner, Paula, who was very friendly, informative, and efficient. She even neatly gift wrapped the socks (how thoughtful!) since I mentioned that I was bringing them with me to my holiday office party later that afternoon. I will definitely be visiting this store again for gift ideas and to see the new seasonal items that Paula displays the next time were in town. Ill tell my friends about this place so they can enjoy the interesting variety that this gift shop carries. Thanks for making our first visit a pleasant and memorable experience!

Diamond Overstreet The group of people that run this store do an excellent job. Its tucked just off of 13th street, on a road that can get super busy, but theres plenty of parking on the side of the building opposite of Starbucks. Every time Ive come inside, theyve been nothing but respectful, knowledgeable, nice and understanding -- especially to repeat customers. Im no stranger to customer service, and they do a superb job Theyre thorough, speak highly of their customers, and take good care of the items they sell. In a pawn shop, these are very important qualities. Their store is a bit smaller, but they have a great selection as well. I definitely recommend.

Becca had great attention to detail, making sure both piercings were symmetrical. She explained the entire procedure, and aftercare with great detail, and made the entire experience so nice! I went to Alexis at Kirsikka and asked if he could replicate to a sterling silver version to avoid tarnish. Not only did he recreate my beautiful "Sex and the City" style ring, he made it even better! I would highly recommend him for custom pieces, and just general jewelry/gift needs. He is an extremely creative jeweler and has stunning pieces to choose from. I also overheard another client discussing how she will only bring her repairs to Alexis. This wasn’t just any coin, it’s a family heirloom that was sewn into my great-grandmother’s sweater when she escaped Yugoslavia during the war. When I brought it to Govind & Sons, they were able to use the same gold and recreate a new bezel that not only protected the coin better but also let its beauty truly shine. I was ecstatic. When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues
