ashley lin Let me start by saying that John is a very nice guy. He is attentive, kind, and does make an effort to listen to your wishes. I think he makes fine jewelry in his own style; however, if you are seeking a custom ring with anything beyond the normal (pointed prongs, unique setting), I would advise you check out other places. My fiancé took our diamonds to John Charles who walked us through a customization process. We wanted a 3 stone, trellis setting. John assured us the timeline and design was no problem at all and did communicate with us during the entire process. Once my fiancé got the ring back we immediately noticed issues. Primarily an entire prong on the trellis was broken, stones were loose, prongs were not touching, and many thin sections from improper setting which made the rings structural integrity bad (see pictures). John of course took the ring back to repair. On top of the actual issues with the setting the ring size was entirely too large. When we went back the second time, we walked through all the issues with John, who again was very kind and listened, we emphasized that the ring needed to be resized and even used his ring sizer to get the right size. 2 whole months later we finally have the ring back in possession. It is the same size it was when we took it in, literally not changed at all. While this time there are no loose stones there are still prongs which do not touch the ring. I want to emphasize that John is a great person, who I am sure is great with traditional settings but if you are looking for something custom, make sure you know what you’re looking for and be prepared to be patient and double check every step of the way.

Tabitha Keifer I bought my first piece of jewelry from this lovely downtown Stuart boutique jewelry store in 2011, it was a sterling silver palm tree pendant. Fast forward to 2023, that pendant is still beautiful and in excellent condition. I have become a huge fan of Larimar and Argento has an absolutely amazing selection of this beautiful stone! I cant say enough good things about the store, the lovely ladies who work there and the precious puppy that greets all customers ❤️ If youre a local, a visitor or a snowbird, and youre in downtown Stuart, make sure to stop in and do a little shopping. Austin McFarland Went into Treasure Coast Liquidators looking for a chain and pendant for my Birthday. I spoke with Mike and Z, after having a nice conversation we decided to do a custom pendant piece. We chose to do something meaning for myself. So I went with my family crest with my daughters initials. Mike and Z made sure that everything was perfect before delivery. I am very meticulous and specific about what I purchase. Joshua Long Sitting in the parking lot beside myself. He said he was a grump only man and having a bad day. Nothing excuses the disrespect and out right Belittling for no reason. I walked in. Told him I buy lots of coins, how much for the coin in the window. His response: “it’s to much”!” I asked how much is to much and he said 5k. The sticker said $2655 when I checked it. I then asked how much for the silver eagles. He responded ; “ it’s marked on the card right there in front of your face!” Except the card was flipped upside down. I asked” did I do something wrong sir?” He said “no, I’m just grumpy and having a bad day. I then left. Save your money for someone who’s not gonna try screw you over for a extra $3 k on a coin!. While being mean about it! Many other great dealers in the area.

I am not a trusting person and feel like "reviews" cant be trusted, that they were either paid for or computer generated.
