D DeCaul St Timothys is a varm and welcoming group of believers. It is a safe space for all who desire to feed their souls through prayer, worship, song, meditation, and fellowship. The members of St Timothy also support the local community (including students of Bethune-Cookman University) through a bi-weekly offering of free personal hygiene items and cleaning supplies. During my visit to Daytona Beach I visited the Sunday service, the Ash Wednesday service, and the community pantry. I have truly been blessed by the experience.

Greg Tredo I am SOO grateful that my family and I found Alive Church! We felt welcome and at home from the VERY first visit. There are multiple young families, most who have multiple kids which is great for our family of 5. They have a wonderful kids program that my girls (7 and 3) absolutely love! My oldest is on the spectrum and gets overwhelmed easily by loud environments, we had tried multiple churches without any success in meeting her needs… That is until we found Alive Church Daytona a few months ago. She loves going to Church and feels right at home. They also have a nursery that our 1 year old does well in. There are weekly small bible study groups, which allows great fellowship time and actually getting to know one another, unlike in a large church. Pastor Ryan, his wife Betsy and their kids have been very encouraging, caring and supportive. I cannot express enough my gratitude for this family and really, for all the members of Alive Church.

Kayla Ritzel From the first time our family stepped through the doors, we felt right at home. Childrens ministry teaches and equips young kids to go out into the community and be disciples for Jesus on a daily basis, from birth on up. Youth group has been great for our teenager/middle schooler- really digging into Gods word and learning what it means to live a life for Jesus. Week after week Pastor Ryan teaches the word, encourages and challenges everyone to read the Word, pray, and be the Light and go disciple others. Bible studies are offered throughout the week, which is a highlight of mine! We cant be more thankful that God led our family to Alive!

Travis Cook I have been attending Alive Church since February of 2022 and my experience so far has been great! Very genuine, intimate and personal congregation. Pastor Ryan and his wife Betsy really have a heart for sharing the love and truth of Jesus and equipping the church to do the same!

Laurie Hardin Brother Bob and his wife Trish care about this congregation,,,. They have held services through this entire virus situation and you can also hear the services online every Sunday and Wednesday. Our music ministry is GREAT.

People were genuine, and so nice.Music made me miss going to church and having a church family.Grew up in church but havent been in a Really long time( 40 yrs.) Alyssa Lamascus The first person to introduce themselves to me was a pastor, which tells me a lot about the church environment. They played a total of 5 worship songs throughout the whole service and not a single one of them was NAR (New Apostolic Reformation) influenced, which is UNHEARD OF in todays church (think Bethel, Hillsong, Elevation, etc. - which often promote harmful teachings). The worship is also God-centered, rather than me-centered, which is also unheard of in todays church. They revere and teach out of the Bible, and the sermon wasnt watered down the least bit to spare feelings, but I still walked away feeling the hope of the gospel and strengthened in the truth. I will definitely be back as these are all of the qualities Ive been desperate to find in a church.

Blynda Register Faith Baptist is a great little church. The people there really love the Lord and make you feel very welcomed! The pastor is great. Good old fashioned preaching from the King James Bible and soul stirring hymns mixed with some great southern gospel music! I would highly recommend visiting them if you are in the area.

We were welcomed with open arms. They have a wonderful Bible based school that our son attends. He loves going to school. Kimberly Lowe Today was the first time that I went to redemption city Church, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Everybody was very friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and serene, I did not feel uncomfortable at all, and I didn’t know a single person. But everybody that I did have a chance to speak with Was very kind and uplifting! The pasture was informative and had a great sense of humor, to me that means a lot, I don’t like to be scolded just saying and leave feeling worse than I did when I walked in. This was not the case. I am looking forward to going back! They do a lot of things to help the community and help around the world. I want to get involved and those things. This is exactly what I was looking for. The music is amazing and up-to-date. I loved it, I can’t wait till next Sunday.

Jerry W Very nice. Actually, here for the Santa sale of various gifts. Also, a sort of flea market sale was going at the same time, and I found some good deals. Mass was about to begin, so I was not able to explore the beautiful interior of the sanctuary. Will have to come back and explore the history of this church.

Aaron Lecciones This was the first church I went to in Florida and how wonderful it is a Basilica. They have a shop inside but it was closed when I went to 6pm mass. The priest was so kind to bless me after mass!

Grace Mekelski Pastor Rich reads right from the Bible not varying and giving his own interpretation. Pastor Wade and Cody are fantastic as well. The messages are clear with applications to your daily life to walk with Jesus and improve your relationship with him. The church sticks to its motto of "Learn the Bible, Live the Bible." Great church that does a lot for its members and the community.

Nevine Chancellor CrossRoads church has a great children and youth ministries that our kids enjoy. Preaching is focused on teaching the Bible and how to apply it to your life. We also have Bible Institute classes that you can take for audit or credit. We also have an indoor playground with a cafe that is open during the week.

Tepilah Ruach Yes, an excellent church! The scripture is brought forward with apparent thoughtfulness. The music and songs inspires the soul to thank God and rejoice. Not in my area, but what a treat! I go here after a rough work week to refresh, recharge, and fortify for the upcoming work drama. Highly recommend this lovely church congregation.

Starliner Canterbury I went to visit and loved it. Such a great worship service, sermons were God centered and Bible center so it was impactful the 3 Sundays I was there. Child care was amazing, both my little ones loved it. The people at church were all really welcoming. Im just sad I dont live in the area, otherwise this church would have become my church. Alyssa Lamascus Ive been in Daytona Beach for a year and have done some church shopping and Christ Community Church fits everything I have been looking for. I am a pretty reserved person and it takes me a very long time to be comfortable with people and the church members are friendly and welcoming but they dont push you past your comfort zone. I really love that they dont push the offering - they simply let you know where you can your tithes and offerings and teach you the Word. They dont have a "vision" or reputation to maintain, they simply want to connect you with God. They have multiple services, including a convenient Saturday night service and they have some ministries to help out the needy in the community. I have a very very inconsistent church habit but this church is the one I will go to ALWAYS!
