Joan Abbott Rock Harbor truly is everything a church should be. It starts w/ teaching The Word. The interpretation is sound and applicable. Our pastor & wife have a heart for each attendee, especially the children. I’ve never seen the kids so excited to attend. Pastor Kevin brilliantly engages with the kids under 12 in a very inspiring way : The Brown Box. We all look forward to what treasure the child has selected to become a topic relevant to their life & God. The kids feel valued in this unique interaction w/ the head pastor. Impressive how these kids truly do their best to grow in their faith too! When I first attended, I was impacted by the stained glass in the sanctuary! Finally felt the reverence of being in a very special place, rather than the dark auditorium style of contemporary churches. The band is remarkable and each member so talented. They write many of the songs we sing. The one we sing for communion is my favorite. The congregation is friendly. Everyone is involved. Small groups, volunteering, missionary support, Ladies Brunches and seminars. Parents have lots of resources. The men I hear, have dinner together , pray together , volunteer on building projects. They even helped me move! Being a single woman on a tight budget, it really was a game changer experience, that this is how the family of Christ followers work. After dealing with church break ups and church hurt not once but twice I was very reluctant to step into another church. I have known Pastor Jesse and his wife Rachel for about 5 years now. They are the most humble,loving,compassionate,transparent leaders I have ever met. They are the real deal, they are true obedient servants for God helping him to build the kingdom and teaching right from Gods Word (The Bible). They dont care what kind of brokenness and flaws you have or what kind of life style you live because when you walk into Grace United you will be walking into a sanctuary full of broken flawed people who love Jesus. You will feel welcomed, loved and accepted at Grace United. I absolutely love this church.

I actually let my IPhone choose the church for us and I have to say it was spot on...5 out of 5 stars and then some. From the moments prior to walking through the front doors we were welcomed with open arms.... I felt Gods love and presence in your Church. The music was beautiful and the voices like Angels from Heaven. Pastor Leroys sermon kept our attention the entire time..Thank You again Central Baptist Church for a wonderful experience.

Thomas Morgado If John Piper lived in Melbourne, he would start a podcast called “Ask Pastor Lucas”. If Mark Dever lived within a 5 min walk of the church, he would want to be a pastor alongside Lucas here. If John MacArthur ever visited, he would start advocating for the “Lucas study Bible” If R.C Sproul was alive, he would stop sprinkling babies after hearing Lucas preach. If Joel Olsteen was born again, he would apologize to the Lord first and then to Lucas! In all seriousness, this is a hospitable church where I was greeted with love upon every visit. Lucas preaches the Bible and always emphasizes the glory of Jesus. There are lots of great families to grow along side here and ministry for all ages. Come visit!

Cynthia K. I visited the church and was very pleased to be receuved by everyone young and elderly with warmth and compassion. Pastor prayed with me and it was very evident that she truly had the annointing to preach the gospel as well as the other elders in the church. I was truly impressed with the young teenager who was handlling the recording technology. She was very gifted and i was earger to come back on a tuesday bc she was heading up a bible studay of sort that i thought would be informative and enlighting. However i found out that Tuesday night was online and missed her class. I pray that God does abuntantly more than we could think or ask to expand the message. Thank you all for welcoming me. Leenie Soto I was looking for a church, a church that will fill my spirit, my soul and my mind with biblical knowledge. I prayed for guidance. I would drive continuously up and down Wickham and kept seeing Grace Church ( never even noticed the huge church across the street). I remember the first day going in a bit scared and shy. The service began and immediately I knew I was where God wanted me to be. It was instantaneous. Amazing! Being raised a Catholic I had never felt such a connection to a Church, the explanation of the scripture a true connection with God. Thank you God for guiding me home.
