The term "authentic" gets overused today, but this church and the people at Cedar represent the word well. The leadership and people of Cedar are real, and thats why I say this church is a breath of fresh air.

Its refreshing to feel like everyone there is actually your family and not split into groups that shun others. Here you feel like your part of a Christian church and not an outsider with barriers to break thru or feel like your being judged. Its actually a church built for the glory of God, not like many other churches that only focus on their own visions for their church.

Danttusa T Very friendly. On the last Sunday of every month, the church has a service then family time (food) and fun. The first Saturday of each month is a mens breakfast, fellowship and a study. The church meets on Wed night for prayer and a study.

Robert Paceley Attended services last Sunday. Very warm and friendly environment where the presence of God can be felt. Lots of song praise to God and then a great sermon that was easy to follow. I like having the scriptures presented up on the overhead so I can focus on what is being said. Will attend again.

Anastasia Forrest Corpus Christi is a beautiful church with a reverent environment. The music, mass services, religious education, and classes are all top notch. Church leadership and community are welcoming and compassionate. Father Matthew and Deacon David facilitated the blessing of my husbands and my marriage as well as the receipt of two additional sacraments for me in a special mass ceremony so I could join the Church. Im very grateful for this special parish and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to go deeper in their walk with Christ.

Miranda Watson We love reverb church! Love pastor Brian and Shane their teachings are biblical and easy to understand it’s very refreshing however my only gripe is with the music. I will say most of the songs I feel they are trying to make you cry or are very DEEP and while I appreciate that I really wish we would rejoice more and play more uplifting songs. We serve a living God who has redeemed us! It’s something to be excited about. It’s my only gripe, this is a great church. I’ve learned a lot.

History Detective This verse sums up this church: Revelation 3:2 . Avoid this church at all cost. And please respectfully do not place your children or loved ones anywhere near this church. The church has had three splits in the last 20 years and three different “pastors” within the last 3 years. In reality it is an entertainment club not a church which is why it has never grown or prospered despite being located in one of nation’s fastest growing counties. It is operated by the same basic core of dysfunctional spiritually bankrupt elders who are more interested in their own agenda and keeping the club intact than God’s glory. Many of the reviews you read are from club members masking the churches real spiritual fitness report in order to maintain their niche in their corner of existence instead of witnessing in the power of Christ to a fallen world. Don’t walk away from this church…but run… and find one of the many outstanding SBC churches in our community.
