Jon Schwartz I bought my wife a special Mother’s Day gift. it was a beautiful piece of jewelry like a work of art. They offered to ship it to me in New Jersey because that’s where we’re gonna be for Mother’s Day. Plenty of time to get it there early, however, it didn’t arrive in time. When I called to find out what happened, they simply said they got too busy to ship it in time. They might as well have said , “Other people‘s business is more important than yours! “ They could’ve went right next-door to the post office and had it sent overnight, That’s customer service.
