Chris H Absolutely the BEST experience for a father having to fight for his rights. I had a very difficult arrears case that I had to prove my case on and was showing $40k in debt. (Drivers license suspension could happen, my tax refunds for 2 years taken from me, other crazy things) I had multiple attorneys from Inverness and Crystal River (who were top rated and supposed to be the best) ALL of them told me I had no chance at winning this case. The last gentlemen in Crystal River told me “well sometimes you just gotta take the loss”. I then found this law firm with Scott and Adam. The initial phone call with them was a breath of fresh air. They said I had a solid shot at winning. They (wanted) to take the case. Great communication until the trial and then Adam who represented myself was 100% prepared and ready to win. And win we did. This is a team of attorneys that will fight for your rights. Point blank. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing true representation for your family law needs. Office staff are wonderful and great listeners as well. Never rushed off the phone. You guys helped me so much and I am forever grateful! Thank you! Book this team and forget the other trash attorneys that don’t actually want to take cases and look for the easy work.

J Kauo I wish i could put zero stars here. Contacted Mr Mulligan for a consultation i paid 150 dollars which was a total scam. First off he was late i expressed to him what i was looking for in attorney to protect my son. He voiced his personal opinion which was for the people I’m protecting him from to be able to be around him!!!! had nothing to do with what i came to him for. He didn’t look up my case number to look into my case at all. I literally had to read him my case number and tell him what my case was all about. Very unprofessional!!!!! I’m a single father who has full custody of his son for a reason and whom is just trying to protect his son. Don’t go here i would never recommend him.

Tracie Olszewski Hyslop does nothing you!! Worst ever !! Then try and get your documents from them and they say we lost all information. Our server went down lost it all. What an absolute nightmare this office and attorney is. Shows up for court in this hideous suite if you call it that. Run don’t look to this office for help. $10K wasted money

They even gave our case to a different attorney at the firm without even telling us. Anne is incredibly rude! Never again will I use this firm. This is no way to treat people, especially locals!

Gabe I called this firm after being referred by other places for a civil attorney. They said they couldn’t take my issue and the attorney had “two other cases he’s been litigating for years”. I’m sorry, I didn’t know two TOTAL cases was an attorneys maximum workload. Lady that answered the phone was rude and wouldn’t allow me to even briefly explain myself to the attorney.

A Jackson The worst attorney. Now i understand why his reviews suck. I never got advised of any of my court dates. When he showed up to court you could tell he didnt know what was going on. My case lasted two years and i tried filing multiple motions even one concerning my child being sexually molested as well as 2 other children (which hernando county did absolutely nothing about by the way, im still seeking answers)Elliotts office never sent over any motions i requested and one i even paid a teacher to write for me to make it easy on their office but no motions took place nor have they given me the documents of my case. The people who answer the phone are rude as well as Elliott plus they are all disorganized. I had set up multiple appointments by phone they will tell you that they will call but never do. Avoid these people at all cause.
