While I gave 4 stars, thats only because while I received advice I hadnt actually used her at her full capacity and cannot give a further assessment. Martha Santibanez Brandy was absolutely fabulous! She was very professional in every aspect. She answered every question and any concerns I had regarding my case. She explained different scenarios and options that could come in to play. I never felt left out or worried that she wasn’t doing her best for me. She is very prompt in answering my calls and even returning missed calls. Her services are affordable.(payment plan was available) She moved on my case in a timely matter. I did not have to worry about missing day’s off of work. Brandie has a understanding and caring personality. I would highly recommend her services.
