Just like the lottery, my numbers came up! He was able to get background information and the builders past track record. Very prepared, we went into the hearing and prevailed. Good news ending-not so fast! The deadbeat builder decided he did not agree with a court of law decision and would not pay up! Mr. Keyes was able to get a license review and some other legal maneuvers that put pressure on the rascal and he finally complied with the Judges decision.
