Randy K They are pretty useless. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Just meanless recordings. When you are promted to press #3 - it just goes dead. Or it rings once and goes dead. When you need legal advice this is not the place to go ! ( I really tried ). Their input section is comical. IMPOSSIBLE to enter your date of birth. It is stuck on JAN 2024. You have to spend 20 minutes literally "trying" to scroll back to 1950. THEY REALLY DONT WANT TO HELP ANYONE - which is why they dont answer phones or text msgs. Pretty sad they offer but dont deliver

Austin White I have a very ugly high-conflict custody battle. To give you an idea, at one point, simultaneously, there was a related criminal domestic violence case, civil court domestic violence case, DCF was investigating for child maltreatment, a travel injunction is imposed - even the federal state department and Customs and Border Patrol got involved It took a grueling 6 months to force the other side into mediation once we started pursuing it. My lawyer and I had no expectation that this case could be successfully resolved in mandatory mediation. We were basically preparing for trial with the goal of getting an impasse quick and efficiently. My lawyer, Paul Darby, fought to have Tim Keough appointed as the mediator due to his good reputation for not wasting peoples time and money if a case is obviously unlikely to settle. To me and my lawyers surprise, Tim was able to pretty quickly steer things in a direction where settlement became a possibility and then eventually the reality. We ended up with an outcome that is probably extremely close to how a trial would have resulted - but saving me probably an entire additional year of stress and uncertainty and more back-breaking legal costs that take years to recover from. Im extremely grateful that Tim dug his heels in and committed to getting the case settle. I was impressed by how seriously he took the matter and he remained determined throughout day. I would definitely recommend Tim for mediation. He spared me and my family a ton of unnecessary pain.

Will Ray If you want to waste 4,000 dollars on a attorney that takes a month to do anything and charges 50 dollars per email and double charges for the same thing, this place is your go to, the office is full of people who don’t listen or don’t know what they are doing. My kids mom out smarted and out did an attorneys office by herself and also filed everything 3 weeks before them every time. They don’t send out invoices till your outta escrow so they can hide the burning through your funds. Do not hire Holden or darbey.
