Joy Howell I absolutely love it here… I have always been so busy working all the time but now I work from home and I was missing seeing people. Honestly I have never join a gym because I didn’t want people watching. My first day my kids went with me and we said a little prayer that we would love it. And we did !!! We go 3 to 4 times a week now. The staff is wonderful and the place is so clean and it is very “non judgmental”

Tyrone sheppard This may sound cliche but it’s more than a gym. The Owner(Michelle) is great, kind and willing to help. Everyone that I’ve came in contact with in this gym nice and welcoming. Definitely will be a lifetime member. Also 40lbs down, I love this gym.

Sherri Haase My boys play baseball &my fiance is the coach &we all love it!!! Hopefully it stays that way. Weve had some good&bad experiences, I feel like our kids should be happy& excited to play, not discouraged&sad because they cant reach there full potential due to some circumstances,& Im not just speaking for myself! There definitely needs to be better management and a lot of changes! But, other than that, I appreciate the ppl who work the concession, there awesome! I love watching the kids play! I cheer for my boys, but I also cheer for All the kids!! Theyre kids who just want to have fun&play ball!!

Samm Epstein Attended my first two classes at Fusion Fitness this week! The studio was very warm and welcoming, clean, nicely decorated, and all the equipment was well color coordinated (I have an eye for details and tend to notice everything!). Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and my instructor was warm, supportive, knowledgeable and informative throughout the classes. I signed up for calisthenics and yoga, both taught by Chris. I really enjoyed the structure of both classes - well taught, easy to follow, and a variety of options or modifications for students to try depending on each person’s individual level in their own fitness journey. This was my first time doing calisthenics and I was really nervous I wouldn’t be able to handle the class, however I did pretty well considering I could move at my own pace and try an easier mod/version of each exercise as a beginner. It was an excellent workout and has given me some new personal goals I’d really like to work towards- doing crow pose for more than 2 seconds and holding a handstand without the use of the wall :) The yoga class that followed had a nice focus on breathwork that actually helped me stay present and truly meditate throughout the whole class. I live an hour outside of Lake City, so I may not be coming to classes at the studio regularly, but whenever I am in the area and able to make it again in the future I will prioritize coming in for a class or two. I really like that they have individual class passes you can purchase (very affordable) along with monthly memberships that are an excellent value if you are local, want to try out several of the different class offerings and able to go often. The vibe is really nice here and I highly recommend!

Joshua Davis Anyone know how to get ahold of barred? Id like to get my 5 (almost 6) year old niece in bc i hear its the best around but inhave tried 2 numbers and there is no way to message them on facebook. Thank you in advance!

SBS / DPM Update 8/25: I cancelled my membership because of the biased rate increases. Some members got "grandfatherered in" and my rate doubled. Ive been there since it changed to HiTone. No reason for the upcharge as no improvements have been made in gym. When Shannon left the culture changed. Old review 2023: HiTONE is a nice clean gym. No huge crowds to battle. Kind and courteous staff. I’ve been to a lot of gyms and this one has been one of my favorites!

Wingfield Worship So far I’m really enjoying it. The sauna is a huge benefit. Friendly front desk, sufficient amount of machines for a person looking for straightforward weight loss stuff without complications. And for me, a homeschooling parent, perfect that they have a $10 per kid per month childcare available from 8 to 1030 in the morning and then from 4 to 7 in the afternoon

Erin Weiffenbach Polly has an intuitive ability to understand exactly what your body needs. She has a great personality, very knowledgeable, passionate and skilled in what she does. I always leave my massage feeling relaxed and Im already looking forward to my next session!

Ward Michele (Mommiemuscle) This is an old school bodybuilding gym! Clean, equipped with the best machines, great staff, convenient location with great parking. We drive in from Jacksonville to get a workout. Definitely worth the drive. Thanks Tony for your hospitality! We will be back soon!! Looking forward to Prep 2025!

Jessie Vaught This is the best gym I have ever been to. In fact its not really a gym but more of a home. Everyone is so nice and it feels like Im working out with family. The coaches are so genuine. You can tell they really want to help you on your fitness journey. Ive never felt judged or out of place. CrossFit can seem intimidating and I would have failed a while back if not for these coaches helping me to break it all down. As far as the workouts they are well designed to meet anyone in any capacity. I think anyone could get off the couch tomorrow and jump right in. I highly recommend this gym-fam to anyone, but especially the working parents. I find that Im able to get my workouts in, even on days when child care falls through. My littles just join me and we all learn a little more that day. So in summary, if you are reading this review because youre thinking about trying it out, you should just do it. You wont regret it!
