Drew Rickards I’ve been with Keith since before Keith Fitness Center even opened—back when it was still just an idea he was building from the ground up. Watching the gym grow and being a part of that journey has been incredible. Now that it’s fully running, I can honestly say it’s one of the best gyms around.
The gym itself is spotless, respectful, and welcoming to everyone, no matter their fitness level. The atmosphere is focused but fun, and Keith, the owner and trainer, is always great to talk to. He brings real energy to the place and knows how to push you to your limits in a safe and encouraging way.
