Andrea Barnhill Switched gyms a few months ago and this has been SUCH a great experience. Everything is clean, well organized, and staff is super friendly. Private changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, and locker rooms are also always clean. They have every piece of equipment you could need to workout, and it’s a great deal for the price compared to other gyms around me. Also far more quiet and comfortable when it comes to distribution of people! I much prefer this to my prior gym experience and can finally enjoy the gym and working out again.

The staff makes it feel so welcoming and are extremely helpful whenever you ask for help. Special shout-out to Marcus! Laurel Planet Fitness’s customer service has pretty consistently given me a hard time while I’ve been navigating several moves, but Atticus was able to easily and efficiently help me update all of the information I needed over a phone call. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. This was my last time trying to fix my issues before cancelling the account entirely due to frustration and Atticus’s customer service prevented that. Besides that, this location was my previous home gym. It was clean and seemingly up to Planet Fitness standards.
