1 /5 Mark Cornett: Went to cash in a winning Kentucky Derby ticket and checked online to see when they were open. Online said 10 am. Got there at 10:50 am. The lady and man at the front door collecting IDs said it would be around 5 minutes before the tellers got in. 15 minutes later, no tellers. I went back to the front door, and the woman and man said, "We dont know when theyll get in." I left. Management, wonder why no one frequents your establishment and wagers online instead? Look above^^^

5 /5 Chris Hanes: This is a great place for poker players and those who may enjoy Vegas style table games as well. I stopped in on a Saturday night in March of 2025 and enjoyed my experience there. The staff and dealers were friendly and helpful, which was especially nice as a first time visitor. Emily was super friendly and accommodating as a server - she was so kind, which goes a long way when surrounded by players who can get pretty grumpy when theyre not faring well. There was a slight miscommunication on a high hand promotion but the floor staff got it settled after it was brought to their attention. Having a promotion like that spread across multiple rooms is nice, so long as the lines of communication stay open. All in all, an enjoyable time and a nice room.
