1 /5 Teodoro Poot: I had a very disappointing experience at the Players Club at Casino Miami with a staff member named Mónica. She greeted me with a negative attitude and an unfriendly expression. When I respectfully pointed it out, instead of improving her behavior, she responded with rudeness. If you work in customer service, the least you can do is treat people with basic courtesy. This kind of service reflects poorly on the casino.

5 /5 Josette F: I would like to recommend everyone who likes casino to visit Miami casino, because there are a nice atmosphere to spend a pleasant time and weekend there are bands playing for those who do not like casino can dance for free, free lemonade to drink as much as you want. There is also a restaurant bar where you can eat and drink and the best thing is that there are always people who win a jackpots.

5 /5 Gustavo Bobadilla: The place is very vintage, and restrooms were clean. We had the opportunity to enjoy the Grand Funk concert. The sound was more than enough for the number of persons attending the concert. Never had the opportunity to gamble, but the place is really fun. Loved the mermaid motorcycle at the entrance, was superb. Go ahead and enjoy this place with no fear at all.

1 /5 Matheus Blum Cardoso: Terrible experience with the valet service. The bald man working valet was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we politely asked for information, he shouted at us and made us feel completely unwelcome. He seemed visibly disgusted by both me and my car, which was incredibly insulting. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If management doesn’t take action, you’ll continue to lose customers because of this individual.

3 /5 Leida: Casino Miami has a nice selection of machines and some fun live music that creates an energetic atmosphere. There are also areas for dance, and events like jai alai bring extra variety to the recreation options. It’s close to the airport, so it can be a convenient stop for visitors. That said, the experience is not perfect. The smell of cigarettes is very strong inside, and the air feels heavy, which makes it uncomfortable to stay for a long time. Even though the play and entertainment can be enjoyable, the smoke takes away from the overall experience. For me, it was an average visit — some good moments with music and games, but the atmosphere needs improvement
